Brilliant Graduate of a Georgian School of Fine Art
Shalva Manjgaladze
Born in Tbilisi, republic of Georgia in 1975.
In 1992 Shalva passed the arduous exams and entered the worldwide-recognized Georgian State University of Art. In 1997 he graduated with Masters degree in fine arts.
From 1994 Shalva was participating in different exhibitions, some of them are:
Georgian state gallery- Spring exhibition, Tbilisi, 1996
Georgian state gallery- In the eyes of world painter, Tbilisi 1997
Georgian state gallery- Autumn, Tbilisi, 1998
Georgian state gallery-Christmas exhibition, Tbilisi, 1999
During the period from 1999 to 2000 Shalva's paintings were bought in Poland, England, USA, Russia, Georgia.
Shalva Manjgaladze represents a new generation of Georgian school of Fine Arts graduates. His works carry a rare touch of emotional use of colour and special manner.
Shalva Manjgaladze is listed in a catalogue of the Georgian Union of Painters *Who is Who 2000*.
